1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoutineCode ("the Service"), operated by RoutineCrew ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoutineCode is a developer productivity tool that runs on top of Claude Code. It enhances AI-assisted development, reduces repeated work, and helps teams manage AI development cost. The Service is provided on a subscription and usage-credit basis.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data. • Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of your employer or any third party. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the Service in your environment.

5. Plans, Billing & Subscription

Paid plans include Pro ($100/year) and Team ($100 per seat/year). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Credits

The free plan includes daily usage credits that can be replenished by verified social sharing. One-time credit packs may be purchased. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by RoutineCrew and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your code and data remain yours — RoutineCode runs locally and your source code never leaves your infrastructure.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutineCrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
